Terms of Service

FlyNodus is a travel booking platform. When you book a flight through us, we arrange and process that booking with the operating airline and our travel partners, take payment, and issue your confirmation and e-ticket. The transport itself is provided by the airline you fly, subject to their conditions of carriage and fare rules.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to make a booking, and passenger names must exactly match the traveller’s government-issued ID.

• Prices are confirmed at the moment of payment. Fares and availability can change until a booking is completed; if the fare changes before we charge you, we will tell you before taking payment.
• All-in prices are shown before payment, including taxes and our service fee. There are no hidden fees.
• Payment is taken securely by our payment provider. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and the airline order is placed.
• You are responsible for meeting all travel requirements — valid ID/passport, visas, and health/entry rules for your destination.

Changes and cancellations are governed by the fare conditions set by the airline. Where a fare is refundable, refunds are returned to your original payment method, net of any airline penalty and applicable fees. Some fares are non-refundable. We will always show the applicable rules before you confirm a change or cancellation.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access it in an unauthorised way, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or making speculative or fraudulent bookings.

We provide the booking service with reasonable care and skill. We are not the carrier and are not liable for the airline’s performance, delays or cancellations, which are governed by the airline’s conditions of carriage and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and, where appropriate, notified to you.
